Great news! You can group Circles together just as you would organize the apps on the home screen of your smartphone. From the home screen, long press on one of the Circles and drag and hold them over the other Circle. This creates a Circle cluster which is a graphical representation of Circles you decided to group together. Please note, creating a cluster just groups Circles together visually, the rest of the circle functionality (content, access) is preserved and remains independent of each other.
