By submitting your email address and phone number to the TUA Waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. Waitlist Registration

1.1. To join the TUA Waitlist, you must submit your email address on the Waitlist Registration form on the TUA Waitlist website.

1.2. By joining the TUA Waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from TUA regarding your position on the waitlist, updates on TUA’s products and services, and marketing promotions.

1.3. You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications from TUA at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting TUA customer service.

2. Waitlist Position

2.1. Your position on the TUA Waitlist is determined by the date and time you submitted your email address.

2.2. TUA reserves the right to adjust the Waitlist position of any participant for any reason, including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of the TUA Waitlist.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1. TUA collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the TUA website.

3.2. TUA uses your personal information to manage your waitlist registration and to communicate with you regarding your position on the Waitlist, updates on TUA’s products and services, and marketing promotions.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

4.1. TUA makes no warranty that the TUA Waitlist website or services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

4.2. TUA is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the TUA Waitlist website or services.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. In no event shall TUA be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the TUA Waitlist or these Terms and Conditions.

5.2. TUA’s liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to join the TUA Waitlist.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.

By joining the TUA Waitlist, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
